I Love Beets
This funny design (which may just be my favorite of all the linens I collect) was taken from a 1940s stamped for embroidery baby bib. A little curly-haired boy is in the garden pulling up beets, one of which is crawling up all by itself! The design would make a super cute bib, of course, but would also make a cute pillow or framed picture for the nursery wall. It would also be great for a vintage kitchen.
Design uses simple straight, outline, French knot, and lazy-daisy stitches.
This is a single-sheet pattern (8.5" x 11") and comes packaged in a resealable plastic sleeve with a basic embroidery
stitch guide included. These are not iron-on
patternsyou will need to trace them yourself.
