This set of two designs originally appeared on a pair of linen kitchen towels by Progress. Not sure of the date but probably 1950s to 60s. Since the designs are oriented vertically and are rather long, they'll work best for kitchen towels or possibly as framed pictures for your kitchen. You'll receive the two patterns shown here—Chicken n’ Rice (a chicken and strainer of rice) and Ham n’ Eggs (a pig and skillet of fried eggs)—plus a copy of the original working chart detailing stitches and floss colors to be used.

Print out your designs, then transfer them to your fabric. I like to use a wash-away or fade-away marking pen and a lightbox or bright window to do this, but you can also use a transfer pencil designed for this purpose.

Note—If you'd like a printed pattern mailed to you, please email me. Prices will include an additional printing charge (will vary depending on the number of pages) and shipping costs to mail the pattern to you. You'll receive a Paypal invoice via email; once paid, I'll print and ship your pattern.
