The
majority of our items are one-of-a-kind so there may only be
one available. If there is more than one, it will be
listed in the item description. Every effort will be made to
remove sold items from the site as soon as possible. If, for
some reason, you should order an item that has already been
sold, your payment will be refunded immediately. Or, if you
prefer, we may be able to create something similar for you. |

Ordering
Simply click the BUY NOW
button on the product page and the item will be added to your
shopping cart. Feel free to continue browsing. When you've finished
shopping, go to the shopping cart and then continue on to receive
payment options. If you're paying with a check or money order
you will be given information about where to send your payment.
If you choose PayPal you will be taken directly to the Paypal
website to process your payment. If you choose to pay with a
credit card, you will be notified when your payment has been
processed. You will receive a confirmation email when I've received
payment and another to inform you that your item has been mailed.
It's that simple. |
Payment
There
are several options for paying for your order. We accept personal
checks, money orders, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover,
and American Express), and PayPal (bank and credit card transfers).
Payment
is expected within 7 days. Items paid for by check will ship
after your check clears (usually 2-5 days). Items paid for by
money order, credit card, or PayPal will ship within 48 hours
of receipt of payment.
I am required to collect 6% sales tax from buyers in Pennsylvania
unless you have tax exempt status. |

Shipping
Shipping charges
will be added automatically to your order. Sometimes, if you've
purchased multiple items, the shipping will seem high. I will
recalculate shipping to reflect actual shipping costs when
I process your credit card. If you've paid with Paypal, I
will refund any overcharges. And you can always email me first
if you need an exact figure. I ship several times weekly and
usually by USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Arrangements
can be made to ship UPS or FedEx if you prefer. Insurance
at $1.65 for packages up to $50. in value is recommended but
not required. But, I won't be held responsible for packages
lost or damaged in transit.

Returns
Please note that
the items we sell are either vintage or created from vintage
materialsthey are not new. While we make every effort
to inspect items and materials for damage, you should expect
minor wear, imperfections, and a certain fragility. Any flaws
will be noted in the product description. However, if you
are not pleased with your purchase, I will refund the cost
of the item (minus shipping) provided the item is returned
in good condition within 10 days.

Caring
for Your Purchases
We take pride in quality
workmanship but, because of the fragile nature of vintage
fabrics, linens and buttons, recommend that you spot clean
or hand wash our pillow covers with mild soap and cool water.
Air-drying is also recommended as high temperatures may damage
the materials used. In most cases, the pillow insert is easily
removed for this purpose. Vintage and antique items should
be cleaned with methods appropriate for their age. This information
is readily available but I'll be happy to make suggestions.

Custom
Orders
Don't see something you
like here? Have your own linens but no time to make them into
something? I also do custom orders using your vintage materials.
I will work with you to create a design to your specifications
(size, style, color, etc.), showing you a sketch of how I
envision the finished piece and an estimate of prices. Prices
are determined by how much of my own materials are to be included
and how much detail and hand sewing is involved. After receiving
approval on design and budget I will complete the finished
piece in 2-3 weeks.

Privacy
Policy
Primrose Design respects
your right to privacy and will never rent, sell, or share your
personal information. Your email address will only be used to
communicate with you about an order you've placed. If you'd
like to join our mailing list for email updates and upcoming
newsletter please sign up here. The
mailing list service we use has a double opt-in system so you
cannot be signed up against your wishes. When you place an order
your mailing address is automatically added to our snail mail
list for occasional promotional mailings. If you do not want
to be on this list just email us and you'll be removed. And
finally, if you haven't ordered yet but would like to receive
these mailings, email us with your contact information. |
Wholesale
Orders
Wholesale is available only
on handcrafted items. In order to keep prices reasonable on
my vintage items they are not marked up enough for me to make
a profit at wholesale. Please contact me for additional information. |
