Eleven (11) vintage Fashion-Tone black plastic buttons on their original card. 9/16" (14mm) diameter circles with four wavy panels forming a cross in the center, straight sides, and flat back with an extended shank. Buttons are attached to card with thin wire running through the holes. Made in U.S.A. The card has some creasing but the buttons are in very good condition.
