Three (3) vintage La Mode plastic buttons on their original card. The card lists them as navy but they're more of a gray-blue color, almost charcoal gray but with a blue cast. The shape is a rough oval with squared corners measuring 1/2" x 9/16" (this is slightly different than the 5/8"/16mm that is listed on the card). The center is a deep oval well that is flat at the bottom. The back has a clear plastic extended area that allows the buttons to sit above the fabric just a bit. The buttons are attached to card with staples. Made in Italy. Washable and dry cleanable. Very good condition.
