Four (4) vintage La Mode dark beige plastic buttons on two original cards. The cards list them as 1-1/8" diameter but they measure closer to 1-1/16" (27mm). Cupped circle with flat base and a high slightly angled rim, about 5/16" deep. The sides angle sharply inward from the rim to a flat back. Four-hole sew-through. Washable. Made in Holland. Very good condition except for some dust in the cups; you can clean them after removing from their card.
