Four (4) vintage Lansing brand plastic buttons on their original card. Chocolate brown circle measuring 1/2" (12mm) with a rounded dome center on a slightly wider flat rim. Straight sides and flat back. Four-hole sew-through attached to card with staples. There are no care instructions on the card but these should be washable. Very good condition. I have 5 cards available.
