Eight (8) Nouveaute charcoal gray plastic buttons on their original card. 13/16" (21mm) diameter domed circle with concave oval center across the top. Flat back. Two-hole sew-through attached to the card with thread.  Made in Japan. There are no care instructions on the card but these should be washable. Very good condition.
