Three (3) La Mode brand brown plastic novelty buttons on their original card. Realistic footballs complete with tiny stitches along the seam; each measures 15/16" x 1/2" (24mm x 13mm). The shank is inset into the bottom. The buttons are sewn to the card with thread. The card doesn't say if they are washable but I'm sure they are. Very good condition.
