Three (3) vintage La Petite blue plastic buttons on their original card. 5/8" (16mm) domed circle with plain center surrounded by a shallow cut ring and faceted outer edge; this is very subtle and best viewed from the side (see some of the closeup photos). The back has an angled rim, concave center, and extended shank in the same material. The buttons are attached to the card with staples. Washable. Very good condition.
