Three (3) vintage La Petite Boutique brand red plastic buttons on their original card. Listed as 5/8" on the card they measure closer to 9/16" (14mm). Octagon-shaped with rounded corners. Domed circular center surrounded by a thin painted metallic silver band, then flat out to the edge. Straight sides and flat backs with an extended shank in the same material. The buttons are sewn to the card with thread. Made in Japan. There are no care instructions on the card but these should be washable. Very good condition.
