Five (5) vintage Costumakers blue plastic buttons on their original card. 9/16" (14mm) diameter domed circle on slightly wider flat rim. Flat back with extended shank; buttons are attached to cards with thread. The card doesn't say whether they are washable but, being plastic, they should be. Made in Japan. Very good condition.
