Three (3) vintage La Mode plastic buttons on their original card. Dark chocolate brown chunky circles with concave top and a circle of ten tiny clear rhinestones around the edge. The rim is notched with curved cuts. 3/4" (18mm) diameter and about 3/8" thick not counting the shank. Flat back with an extended shank in the same material. Buttons are sewn to the card with string. No care instructions on the card so they may not be washable; the rhinestones seem secure but water may dissolve the glue used to set them. Very good condition; the card has some wrinkling.
