Four vintage Casa de Leon  beige plastic buttons on their original cards. The color is a slightly pinkish beige. Large 1-3/32" (28mm) diameter circle with flat top (the wavy appearance is an optical illusion under the surface) that steps down to the sides that curve to the flat back. Two-hole sew-through attached to cards with staples. Made in U.S.A. Very good condition.
